Teen Board Game Extravaganza In-Person
Middle and high school-aged youth are invited to learn and play a variety of popular board games and other table top games while enjoying some tasty treats. Gaming instruction will be available from members of the Teen Advisory Board for games including Tenzi, Spyfall, Chess, Fluxx, Exploding Kittens, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza, Star Munchkin, and more. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each game! Advanced signup is encouraged, but drop-ins are also welcomed.
Additional note: All these games and more are available for middle and high school students to play and enjoy anytime during open hours in the Teen Scene Room on Floor 2.
Estudiantes de preparatoria y secundaria están invitados a aprender y jugar una variedad de juegos de mesa mientras disfrutan bocadillos deliciosos. Instrucciones para jugar serán proveídos por miembros del Comité de asesores adolescentes. Juegos como Tenzi, Spyfall, Chess, Fluxx, Exploding Kittens, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza, Star Munchkin, y más. ¡Premios serán otorgados para los ganadores de cada juego! Registración por adelantado es sugerida, pero todos son bienvenidos.
Una nota adicional: Todos estos juegos y más están disponibles para estudiantes de secundaria y preparatoria para jugar a cualquier hora que la Área de adolescentes este abierta en el segundo piso.

Please note: The library does close at 7 p.m., so players will need to arrive by that time. Those attending will leave through the Plaza Level doors at the end of the event.
