Member's Night: Fall Book Sale - Friends of Salem Public Library In-Person
A huge array of books at low, low prices will be available to purchase at this annual Fall Book Sale organized by the Friends of Salem Public Library. General pricing is $1.50 for hardcovers; $1 for paperbacks; and 50 cents for children's and teen items. Audiovisual items are prices at 50 cent to $1.
This sale also includes Specialty Books which are priced individually and will be on display in the Collaboration Studio, alongside high-interest Silent Auction items available for bid until 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 4.
Hours and dates for the sale are:
- 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, October 1 - Friends Night
- 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Thursday, October 2
- 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday, October 3
- 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday, October 4 - $4 Bag Day (bags are provided)
Friends Night is open only to member of the Friends of Salem Public Library. Memberships can be purchased in advance at the Friends Bookstore, located on Floor 1 of Salem Public Library, or online, or at the door on the afternoon of the sale.
The Friends accept Visa, Mastercard, checks, and cash. Parking at Salem Public Library is free for the first three hours and 75 cents per hour after the first three hours.
