Outreach Team Assistance Visit In-Person

Case managers from the Young Adult Outreach Team organized by Church at the Park will visit the library to provide resources for shelter and housing, snacks and drinks, and help with other needs. Helpers and resources will be available at a designated table on Floor 1 near the Ask Here Desk.

Church at the Park is a non-profit organization focused on providing three things for our unsheltered neighbors: collaborative outreach and navigation, housing-focused sheltering, and workforce development.
